Shipping policy

Most orders are packed and shipped on the same day they are ordered providing it is during our hours of Monday through Friday. Occasionally depending on how late in the day it is, orders will be shipped the very next business day. They will be delivered with the courier service you select at checkout. We do not charge a handling fee and you will only be charged the calculated shipping rate it takes to ship your item(s) to you.

Orders typically ship out the same or next business day. eFunStar offers Free Shipping from the USA on orders over $75. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. In most cases, your order will be shipped out the same day it is received when ordering before 12 PM Mountain Standard Time.

The delivery time to your lactation will vary depending on which courier method you select in checkout.

We offer the following options for orders shipped within the U.S.

• USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 Business Days*

• USPS Priority Mail2-3 Business Days*

A tracking number will be sent to you immediately upon preparing your shipment so that you can follow your package while in transit.

*Delivery time estimates are provided by the shipping carriers (USPS and UPS) and are not guaranteed by eFunStar. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are determined solely by the carrier.

Please note: We will ship within 24 hours on business days, however we do not have control over delivery times after it has dispensed from our location. If a claim is needed to be filed for delivery issues, it needs to be filed directly with the courier.
