Return and Refund Policy

All items, with the exception of new sealed games, may be returned within 30 days for any reason for a full refund. Unless the item is defective, the item(s) needs to be in the same packaging they were in when we originally shipped it to you.
Simply ship back your unopened product to the address below. Include a note with your invoice number or email address so we can reference the order and if you are seeking a refund or an exchange.
In the case of defective items, since it is only possible to check functionality once it is opened, you may send them back without the need for packaging. We are stating the obvious here but it is good to have it in writing for clarity. If you have any further questions before or after a purchase, please feel free to reach out and contact us.
Returns can be shipped to the following address with a brief note describing the reason for the return. For example: "Changed my mind", "didn't need".
